Connecting to WiFi

With the Flashforge Finder 2 and the later versions of firmware, you can now connect and print to the 3D printer over regular WiFi (as opposed to the old "hotspot" method). Here's how to connect...

First, go to "Tools" then "Settings"

Next, select "Wifi" and then make sure the Wifi is toggled on

Select your Wifi network and enter the password (if necessary). You get a message letting you know you've connected successfully.

Now you'll see the Wifi icon.

NOTES: It's a good idea to check with your network administrator to see if you can get a static IP address so you always know what it is. Also, the printer will ONLY work on 2.4ghz networks...if you can see the network you can connect. Check with your tech folks if you have issues.
